One more night!

Ate Jam has one more night in Olongapo. She leaves on a plain for Dubai tomorrow after, her flight is in the afternoon.
She came and ate dinner with Mom and I. We had chop suey, left overs from lunch.
She grabbed a few things and left. It was pretty late so I took her down to the jeepney station. She was going to stop by at Grandma's but Uncle Embay was already asleep.
Kuya Bebong asked me if I wanted to go to Jonathon's house before they leave tomorrow, I was up for it. Mom cried tonight after Ate Jam left so she wants to go see her again tomorrow. We'll try to be at Jonathon's mom's house by 7 because Ate Jam and Jonathon's sister is heading for the airport around 8.

Goodluck Ate Jam!

Balik Bayan Box

The box from Aunt Doyle and Uncle Rob was delivered to Grandma and Grandpa's house this afternoon.

There were candy, pancake mix, soap, clothes and some other goods. Everything it here just fine except the powder laundry soap, one of those exploded during the shipment.

There's a 2 big bags of pancake mix, we all love pancakes in the morning. The especially because of the sweet syrup! We have enough to last us for a few months, at least.

They sent a collar and leash for Ira too but it wouldn't be tough enough for Ira. The rottweiler's strength doubles when she see's a cat or another dog... any other creature actually. For now she has a metal chain and a collar with a nut and bolt. She needs a new one but we haven't been able to find one like the one she has now.

The things with names on them have been seperated and are just waiting to be picked up!

Vacation?

Talk for vacation is in the air!

At first I wanted to go to Boracay. I Googled Boracay and fell in love with the pictures! But it's pretty damaging to Dad's wallet so Mom and I compromised.

Now we're looking at staying in Manila for 3 days and 3 nights. Mall of Asia is the main place we want to go to but there's lots of other places nearby that we could stop by at too. Like the Luneta/Rizal Park! I saw a documentary on Discovery a few weeks ago and it looks like a fun family park to go to. There's also Manila's Ocean Park. I don't know what is there but it sounds like a touristy place to go!

We want to go as soon as possible but we want to have enough time to plan what we need to plan. What we know for sure is that it won't be the weekend out of town. Weekends would have the mall extremely crowded, it would just ruin the peaceful thought of vacation.
